US SHIPPING INFO:
Shipping is just $5.95 for orders under $50 and FREE for orders over $50. We also now offer UPS Ground as a shipping option for just $11 available for most orders.
Most items are shipped within 48 business hours and are delivered within 1-7 business days. SOME ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND WILL TAKE LONGER-PLEASE SEE DESCRIPTIONS
We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses or delivery delays. Please contact us if you need next day delivery and we will provide a quote. NO DELIVERY TIME FRAMES ARE GUARANTEED.

Oversized or heavy items may be charged an additional surcharge on international orders(i.e. beds, carriers, strollers or other large items). Most international orders are delivered within 7 business days. Remote areas may be charged a surcharge. We are not responsible for orders delayed due to customs and cannot guarantee any time frame for delivery.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
All Susan Lanci, all carriers, beds, personalized, clearance and seasonal items are FINAL SALES=NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
All other items may be exchanged for size, store credit or a refund through the online portal where you may purchase a return label.
You may also purchase a USPS label on your own, just include your invoice or order number and a note telling us what you would like in exchange.
