US SHIPPING INFO:
Shipping is just $5.95 for orders under $50 and FREE for orders over $50. We also now offer UPS Ground as a shipping option for just $11 available for most orders.
Most items are shipped within 48 business hours and are delivered within 1-7 business days. SOME ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND WILL TAKE LONGER-PLEASE SEE DESCRIPTIONS
We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses or delivery delays. Please contact us if you need next day delivery and we will provide a quote. NO DELIVERY TIME FRAMES ARE GUARANTEED.

Oversized or heavy items may be charged an additional surcharge on international orders(i.e. beds, carriers, strollers or other large items). Most international orders are delivered within 7 business days. Remote areas may be charged a surcharge. We are not responsible for orders delayed due to customs and cannot guarantee any time frame for delivery.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returns and exchanges are free when you opt in on the checkout page. Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact and free from and fur, odors, etc.
On the checkout page you may opt in for just $5.48. This will allow you to return any items on your order, free of charge. You may select a refund or store credit.
If you do not opt in, items may still be exchanged for store credit and return labels may be purchased through our online portal. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT OPTED IN AND PAID THE $5.48 WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED.
